Hyderabad: In a significant development for the Congress party in Telangana, Venkatesh Netakani, the Member of Parliament representing Peddapalli Lok Sabha Constituency, officially joined the party ranks on Tuesday. The momentous occasion took place in the presence of AICC General Secretary (Organisation) KC Venugopal, State's Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy, and Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka
Accompanying Venkatesh Netakani, Manne Jeevan, a former member of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Board, also joined the party. The event garnered attention as two notable figures in the political landscape of Peddapalli Constituency aligned themselves with the Congress party.
Following their induction into the Congress party, all leaders present extended a courtesy visit to Mallikarjun Kharge, President of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), at his residence in New Delhi. This move signifies a strategic strengthening of the Congress party’s presence and influence in the region, as it gears up for upcoming political endeavors.
